South Africa must have one of the most diverse natural landscapes in the world. You can visit the beautiful Cape with its numerous wine lands and its miles of coastline bordering the cool currents of the Atlantic Ocean. Or Kwa-Zulu Natal with it’s multitude of hills and valleys and its beachfront with warm waters from the Indian Ocean. And then there are the red sand dunes of the Kalahari Desert or the beautiful carpet of flowers of the Namaqualand Desert. These places do not begin to describe South Africa in all its splendour. Every year the local community hosts a festival where people from around the world come to taste the oysters and share in the fun and entertainment on offer. The atmosphere is that of opulence and champagne cocktails on the deck of a local yacht is just the setting to indulge in the oysters.
