The Knysna Rain Forest which makes up the ever-popular Garden Route is renowned for it’s beauty and lush forest lands.
The Knysna Rain Forest is also known for it’s rich population of wildlife and plant life alike. Home to many animals such as Cape Grey Mongoose and Cape Clawless Otter, to name a few, it is also famous for it’s now rarely seem African Elephant. The natural forestlands are also ideal for outdoor tourist activities such as cycling, hiking and mountain-biking. Popular times to visit this part of the world is during the summer months with average temperatures at around 24-30°C.
